My mission is to provide a consistently fabulous massage personalized to the specific needs of each client. People need and want different pressure over different areas. Communication allows me to offer a perfect massage every time.
Paula is a retired Fitness Pro Athlete. She has been in the fitness field for over 30 years. Paula knows the body for a great massage every time.
Paula went to CDA Massage School and is licensed in Idaho State. In 2016, Paula became a Medical Cupping Practitioner and in 2018, Paula became a Medical Myotherapist. Paula is an Advance Deep Tissue Specialist as well as a TMJ Specialist (TMJ Certified LMP)

Paula is also a Canine Myofunctional Therapist. If your dog is older with arthritis or injury, pains with growing, I can help with K-9 massage. Message for more INFO.
Paula just finished her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in Hatha & Vinyasa in 2023 and also holds her 20-hour Teacher Training in Yin Yoga, Paula is registered with RYT200 as a Yoga Alliance Member. This knowledge allows me to help my clients with stretches and recommendations to prevent injuries etc.
